@05:50The emotions he expresses in the litte dance of shoes shows a real depth of emotion and understanding. He gets it- he gets the world- and emotion, and how it plays out.

I have to tell you, ever since this got a DD and I watched it, I've shared it with several friends. I lost track of what folder I fav'd it in on my old account so I've been telling other friends about it ever since. I'm glad I could finally find it again. I'll be able to share it again.
This is really a fantastic video. I find myself thinking about it a lot every now and then throughout the weeks. I'm definitely saving it to my favorites folder in my browser so I can have it on hand. Thank you so much for sharing this <3

This is truly a brilliant work that was admittedly something I never would have expected to grace the halls of DA. Its level of quality is something that sticks in my mind long after the curtains haven fallen, and I thank you for the pleasure in being able to watch it here.

More detail... the acting felt real. I could feel the human emotion, and nothing felt forced. Really, I could go on a lot about even the smallest details, like the use of the light bulb being an interesting source of hope and central focal point throughout. But I'll simply say that everything fell into place nicely. Definitely worthy of the DD by leaps and bounds. =)

this is a very classic film.
first of all i want to admire the director of this film.the whole story is told through frames.that is one thing which is making this film which is very unique.
the second thing is the pulse in this movie.I haven't felt this much pulse in any other films except martin Scorsese films.
and the narration style...
its happening in one timeline.you haven't twisted that.like Andrei tarkovisky.but very unique to watch.

major major thing is that you were able to create emotions in a very tremendous way and that also through frames.i consider it as one of the greatest thing in filming.
i felt what the character is feeling when the lights are blinking.you conveyed it through frames and visuals.thats great art.something films lack now.or something we could expect in the future.

editing>*****
cinematography>*****

Actors are good.they did their part very well.
great work....
everything is too good in this film.but everything is covered by the great direction skill.

@17:15Wow..just...wow, i cant really explain myself better of what i saw. The storyline is incredible, acting very well done/very believable, and just the overall events that happen just leave you wanting to see the rest of it! While watching the scene right before he gets his hand stuck in the machine, i had a feeling something would happen, and when it did, i felt chills go down my back and gasped! It hurt to see the guy bleed while he finally got to see the face of the shoes hes worked so hard on fixing. if i could rate it, 50/5 <3 Amazing work.
